Sensors and Ignition

The original Honda crankshaft sensor is retained, while the trigger wheel has been modified. A camshaft sensor supplies phase information for fully sequential injection; a TPS is also fitted.

The initial setup used original RVF400 coils with a Bosch ignition unit. The current setup uses Honda CBR600RR PC40 stick coils, which fit mechanically without modification. The M800 controls fuel and ignition, with a MoTeC IGN4 driving the coils.

A photograph and the exact modified trigger-wheel pattern will be added later.
