Carbon Airbox and Ram-Air
The airbox is a custom development. It was designed together with a friend, initially laminated in fibreglass (GRP), and later reproduced in carbon fibre.
The ram-air routing follows the Honda RC45 concept: air enters through the front fairing and travels through two ducts above the tank to the airbox. The airbox is not fully sealed.
An airbox pressure sensor supplies a signal used in the MoTeC M800 fuel calculation. Measured airbox pressure data will be added later.
